Absolutely. You can do as much or as little as you like, it's up to you.
Wear workout clothes and be ready to have fun. Males should wear an athletic cup if they have one (for obvious reasons).
Fencers come in all shapes, sizes and ages. Just bring your enthusiasm.
Generally the lower limit is about 14 years old. The parent or guardian must stay to supervise their child during class. It's on a case by case basis so please ask if you have questions. The upper limit is about 100.
Monday Class
One of our senior instructors leads classes in the American Legion building behind the Shop Rite center.
Park in front and walk around to the back of the building.
Training Monday 7PM - 9PM
